Compact Guard Security's agents are selected among the youth with high efficiency aptitudes for this kind of work, which requests physical and moral qualities of the individual.

First, the selection implies a careful psychological test, which evidences physical and moral qualities of the individual, present for the employment. The persons that at the interview and specific test, don't have a discernment capacity and low individual reaction capacity, are rejected.

After psychological and psychiatry test, the personnel of Human Resources Department, start individual verifications, getting exact and complete references about previous activity, also about civil behavior of the candidate. The same time, the files of the candidates are sent to the General Inspectorate of Police for guard approvals. Only, after the approvals are obtained and after all the verification are finished, the candidate starts a training period of 30 days, period of physical, technical and legal training. So, the percentage of those that promote as guard agents is extremely low, from a number of 100, only 35 are promoted.
